We need at least eight weeks notice to ensure uninterrupted service of your macHOME subscription. Please be sure to give us both your old (exactly as it appears on your magazine label) and your new address when making an address change. Please email mhjr@mail.kable.com or call 1-800-800-6542.
If you have already paid your bill, but are still receiving invoices, please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive, as we may be unable to intercept them in the mail. If it has been more than two weeks since you remitted payment, please contact us by email, phone, or mail.
If your issues frequently arrive damaged, it may be that your mailbox is too small for the magazine. If this is the case, please try to arrange with your letter carrier to place the magazine in a different area. If your mailbox is indeed large enough, then first check with your local post office to see if the magazines arrive in good condition. If not, then please contact us by email, phone, or mail.
If this is an isolated event, you can report a damaged issue by emailing us at mhjr@mail.kable.com. You will receive a replacement issue in 4-6 weeks.
If you are receiving duplicate copies of macHOME, please contact us by email, phone, or mail.
macHOME's delivery window is seven to three days before the cover date. Even if your magazine usually arrives earlier, it should not be considered late or missed until the first of the month.
If you have not received the issue by the first of the month, please contact us by email, phone, or mail to resolve the problem immediately. We will send you a replacement issue - please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
